Biography
Dr. David C. Winer was born and raised in Binghamton, NY. He completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. His residency was completed at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Winer specializes in periodontics with an emphasis on implants, laser and antibiotic non-surgical treatments, and regenerative surgery.
