Jason Harinstein

Biography

  Jason Harinstein is chief financial officer at Flatiron Health, where he is responsible for the company’s financial and sales operations organizations. Before joining Flatiron, Jason served as senior vice president of corporate development and strategy at Groupon from 2011-2017, where he led mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic activities as a member of the senior management team. He also previously served as a director of corporate development team at Google where he worked closely with the its executives to identify and execute strategic acquisitions and investments. Jason has also served as an equity research associate on the Internet equity research team at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he covered internet advertising, online search, e-commerce and video game companies. Prior to this, Jason was a strategy consultant at iXL and Accenture. Jason received a MBA with honors from the University of Chicago and a BA in economics from Northwestern University.
