Biography
Anil is a seasoned and senior HR Management professional with nearly 20 years of exposure to the entire gamut of HR including Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Policies & Procedures, Recruitment and Change Management for MNCs in Banking, IT and Manufacturing Sector. Prior to joining Flytxt, he was associated with RBS Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Anil has pursued his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
