Biography
Lou Ann Soika has served as Senior Vice President of Customer Relations & Strategic Development since 2007. In this role, she is responsible for customer satisfaction, operations management, product development and sales generation for the company's therapy management and consulting practice. Lou Ann brings more than 30 years of operations, business development and management experience to the team. Since joining Genesis in 2000, she has provided therapy management, business development and consulting services to the long term-care industry, and has consistently achieved a 97% client retention rate. Previously, Lou Ann was president of a national health care consulting group. She has been the recipient of numerous awards and has served on many strategic planning task forces, committees and boards throughout her career, including the Pennsylvania Health Care Association and International Council on Active Aging. Lou Ann received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Leadership from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She also earned a Lean Sigma Green Belt from Johns Hopkins.
