Biography
Jos Sclater was appointed General Counsel in January 2012. He joined GKN from AkzoNobel where he was Director of Legal Affairs South Asia and Pacific and Lead M&A Counsel for Asia Pacific. Prior to this, he spent eight years at Imperial Chemical Industries plc where he held a number of senior legal positions within its headquarters, Asia Pacific and Europe.
