Biography
Bill Zoffer is head of Legal Operations for Pharmaceuticals. He is also responsible for legal support of Pharmaceuticals R&D and the Global Commercial franchises. Bill joined GSK in 1997 after having spent several years as a criminal and civil litigator at the US Department of Justice, principally on FDA matters. Before that, he briefly practiced tax law after graduating from Harvard Law School.
