Biography
Ronald Wiebes joined Heerema Fabrication Group’s Zwijndrecht yard in 2001 in the position of Project Manager. For ten years he managed various EPC(I) and AFC projects. He moved into the position of Yard Manager in 2011 before being promoted to Yard Director of Heerema Zwijndrecht in October 2013. Prior joining Heerema Fabrication Group, Ronald held various positions within ABB Lummus Global and ABB National Electric, both in the Netherlands and in Denmark. Starting as mechanical engineer he subsequently held positions as project engineer, project manager and department head, all in the field of engineering within the offshore oil and gas industry. Ronald graduated at the Delft Technical University with an MSc in Aerospace Engineering.
