Biography
Mr. Laskawy has been a director of the Company since February 2002, and has served as Lead Director since March 2012. Mr. Laskawy spent 40 years at Ernst & Young (now known as EY LLP), retiring as Chairman and CEO of the Company in 2001. Under his leadership, the firm expanded into a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services. Today, there are 141,000 people worldwide.
