Biography
avid M. Glynn is a healthcare attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's national Healthcare & Life Sciences Team and Compliance Services Team. Mr. Glynn focuses his practice on healthcare, and advises clients on federal and state healthcare regulatory considerations related to the structuring of business relationships between commercial entities in the pharmaceutical and medical device supply chain, as well as the investigation and resolution of operational compliance issues. He has significant experience advising manufacturers, pharmacy benefits managers, and pharmacy chains and specialty pharmacies regarding the structuring of complex commercial transactions, the pricing and marketing of pharmaceuticals, and the development of compliance programs. Mr. Glynn advises clients regarding internal investigations of potential compliance issues, responding to civil investigations by the Department of Justice and the Office of Inspector General for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS OIG), and in responding to Medicare and Medicaid payment audits.
