Biography
Director Science and Technology & Managing Partner Rut has a strong background in physics related to behavior of particles, rheology, modeling and instrument/method development using microscopy techniques. He worked on a wide range of fundamental and applied projects in these areas and extended his expertise in analytical sciences and methodologies. In 2012 Rut joined MSD/Merck, Oss, The Netherlands as Senior Scientist, and was involved in PAT projects for process development and continuous processing. In addition he implemented new analytical methods such as OCT and worked on smart multivariate modeling tools and mechanistic process modelling. In 2014 Rut co-founded InProcess-LSP and is now besides managing partner responsible for Science and Technology within the company.
Research Interest
