Biography
Sander is a dentist and graduated in 1991 from ACTA (Academic Center for Dentistry Amsterdam). After that he has worked in different practices including his own general practice. From 2006 to 2009 he followed the postgraduate degree to endodontologist at the ACTA and he is a dentist endodontologist recognized by the NVvE (Dutch Association for Endodontology).
