Biography
Lord Lupton has extensive international corporate experience having advised UK and international companies on a wide variety of major transactions and brings broad experience to the Board. He co-founded the London office of Greenhill & Co., in 1998 and was Chairman of Greenhill Europe until 19 May 2017. He became a life peer in October 2015 and is a former Treasurer of the Conservative Party. He sits on the House of Lords Select Committee on Charities. External appointments: Lord Lupton is a Senior Advisor to Greenhill Europe and he is Chairman of the Trustees of The Lovington Foundation. Former appointments: Lord Lupton was Deputy Chairman for Baring Brothers. He was a Trustee of the British Museum, Governor of Downe House School and a Trustee and Chairman of Dulwich Picture Gallery. He has been on the Advisory Board of Grange Park Opera and has been a member of the International Advisory Board of Global Leadership Foundation.
