Biography
Ms. Goren previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of AMR Corporation and American Airlines Inc. Ms. Goren was a member of AMR Corporation's executive committee and responsible for all of the company's financial functions, including corporate finance, corporate development, supply chain, financial planning, and relationships with the investment community. During her career with AMR and American Airlines, she held leadership positions in a number of functional areas, including operations and marketing.
