Dr. Jim Q Chen is currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Food Science and Technology , Massey univesity , Newzealand. His research interests includes Improving the quality of dried fruits using a solar dryer. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Jim Q Chen is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Improving the quality of dried fruits using a solar dryer.
