Biography
Robin LaChapelle joined AstraZeneca/MedImmune in May 2015 as Human Resources Vice President for MedImmune and U.S. Human Resources Country Lead for AstraZeneca. Prior to joining the company, Ms. LaChapelle was Vice President, Global Total Rewards and Performance Management for Lockheed Martin where she led compensation, benefits, retirement, health and wellness and performance management globally for 115,000 employees. Before joining Lockheed Martin as Vice President of Enterprise Talent and Organization Capability, Ms. LaChapelle was Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Capital One, where she was head of human resources for the banking unit with 16,000 full time employees.
