Jamie Brosch

Biography

  Jamie was a GP Principal for 20 years, formerly combining this with his role as Medical Director of Wiltshire Medical Services, (the forerunner to Medvivo). He resigned his partnership in General Practice in 2014 to focus on his role within Medvivo. He continues, however, to do clinical sessions in order to maintain full medical registration, including GP locums, fracture clinics (as a GPSI Orthopaedics) and Out of Hours shifts. His role within Medvivo includes the normal clinical governance, recruitment, training and risk management roles expected of a Medical Director, particularly within the ‘Urgent Care’ arm of the business. There is also a key strategic and marketing role within the evolving Assistive Technology field. Medvivo’s USP is its clinical infrastructure, so it is vital that clinicians within the executive team are highly visible to commissioners, customers and opinion makers. As well as Urgent Care and Assistive Technology, he has a particular interest in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Mental Health.
