Biography
L. Andres Sirulnik has served as our Chief Medical Officer since October 2016. Prior to joining Merus, Dr. Sirulnik was at Novartis Pharmaceuticals from 2008-2016, most recently serving as Vice President – Senior Global Clinical Program Head and Research Physician in Oncology Clinical Development. From 2003-2008, Dr. Sirulnik was an attending physician in the leukemia program at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School where he focused his research and clinical work in rare hematologic malignancies. Dr. Sirulnik received his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, followed by a Ph.D. in Medicine and Molecular Biology at the University of Cambridge, England.
