Biography
As Global Head of PS Delivery and Operations, Grace is responsible for the Misys Services Delivery Centre, PS Architects and Misys Architecture & Process Solutions. She is also responsible for the definition and execution of all PS processes. Grace joined Misys in January 2013 and brings experience in account management, professional services, pre-sales and operations management in a variety of industries - mostly focused on providing service delivery to complex Fortune 1,000 organisations. Grace came to Misys from SumTotal where she was Vice President of Global Support, responsible for training and product documentation. Prior to this Grace was Director of North American Client Operations at Accero Inc. from 2008 before becoming their Vice President of Global Support in 2011. She has also worked for Hewitt Associates and Deloitte Consulting.
