Biography
In 1998 I completed the Dental Assistent at the arcuscollege in Heerlen. Since then I have gained a lot of work experience in a number of dental practices. Since 2008 I have been working at Tandarts Vrijhof at Mondzorg Jekerdal, where I started as a trainee in 1998. My work as a dental assistant is assisting with the chair, stock management, as a desk employee phone, making appointments and administration. Since half a year I do independent tasks such as taking mouth photos, making prints, placing bleaching spoons and intake interviews for snoring and apnea patients. There are also courses and information evenings on Snork and Apnea and making prints, this to inform the patient as well as possible and instruct. Snoring and Apnea is a very interesting matter and makes my work very varied. With regard to the intakes of this topic, I think it is very important that the patient is informed and guided as well as possible. To achieve this goal, in September 2013 I followed a course in sleep and technology.
