Biography

Study and work experience In 2002 I graduated from the training for oral hygiene in Amsterdam. After my studies I started at a dental practice in Curaçao and I worked as a dental hygienist in the prison there. When I returned to the Netherlands, I started as a dental hygienist at two different practices in the Eindhoven area. Since June 2009 I am working at Mondzorg Jekerdal. Quality and service A good treatment is not only focused on the medical indication, but is also tailored to the wishes of the patient. I think communication and education about the diagnosis and the treatment process are important. In my work I take the time to discuss this with the patient. Professional competence Healthy teeth are on a healthy foundation. As a dental hygienist, I have specific expertise in the field of oral care and treatment of oral and gum problems. I am a member of the Dutch association for dental hygienists and a member of a peer review group.
