Biography
Tom Riall joined Integrated Dental Holdings (IDH) as Group Chief Executive in May 2017. With a career spanning over 25 years in the business services industry, Tom joins us from the Priory Group where he was the Chief Executive for the last 4 years. Priory is Europe’s largest provider of behavioural healthcare with over 7,000 inpatient beds across some 322 facilities and supports the health needs of more than 30,000 people each year. Priory like IDH is CQC regulated and is an important partner to the NHS. Tom has previously held senior leadership roles at Serco latterly as the Divisional CEO of Serco’s Global Services Division living in Mumbai, and prior to Serco, Reliance Secure Task Management (Managing Director) and Onyx UK Ltd (Managing Director). Tom graduated from Durham University, has an MBA from the City University Business School in London and is an alumni of Harvard Business school. Tom also served in the British Armed Forces, between 1986 and 1991. He is married with 3 children (all rather grown up now) and lives on a small farm between Reading and Newbury
