Biography
Jelmer van der Meer is Director Airport Civil Engineering at NACO. In this role Jelmer has steered the NACO Civil team through major airport developments in Abu Dhabi (MTC) and Mexico City (NAICM). With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, he has been involved in all facets of airport infrastructure development, ranging from planning studies to design and engineering and construction management.In his role as project manager and director, Jelmer has been responsible for the successful delivery of reliable and flexible airport infrastructure solutions in the aera’s of Airside and Landside expansions, rehabilitations and reconfigurations.
