Biography
Dr. Montgomery is President and CEO of NDCPower, a company driven to deliver the most innovative and competitive portable power solutions to global markets. Since his appointment in 2004, Dr. Montgomery has focused on developing a corporate culture that blends technical sophistication with a pragmatic commercial vision. During the past decade, Dr. Montgomery has built a strong record of meeting diverse technical and commercial challenges. Prior to joining NDCPower, Dr. Montgomery was the founder and served as the CTO and a Director of CombiMatrix Corporation, a Seattle-based biotechnology company. Dr. Montgomery has also developed new catalysts for solar hydrogen production at the National Renewable Energy Laboratories (NREL), nonlinear optical information processing systems at the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics (JILA) and biochip technologies at Nanogen. Dr. Montgomery is an inventor on numerous issued and pending patents and holds a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the California Institute of Technology.
Research Interest
