Biography
In July 1990 I started to work at the NKI at the department of Experimental Therapy in the group of Fiona Stewart. During different KWF projects I specialized myself in radiation induced tissue/organ damage like bladder, kidney, rectum, carotid arteries and heart and in developing irradiation setups. As technician I collaborate with postdocs, PhD students and under graduate students. In 2003 I started as laboratory manager. As laboratory manager I am responsible for daily floor management, financial authorizations and budget control of the research groups/laboratories at the division of Biological Stress Responses.
Research Interest
Radiation induced tissue/organ damage like bladder, kidney, rectum, carotid arteries and heart and in developing irradiation setups.
