Biography
Currently, she was in her final stage of studying Biologics and Medical Research at the Hanze Hogeschool Groningen. Her previous internship was at the GELIFES department of the RUG focusing on treatment options of PKU, an inborn metabolic disease. In July 2017 she started her internship at the NKI. During this internship, She was researching the role of condensin on DNA during mitosis, with visual techniques as Super Resolution Imaging (SRI) and confocal microscopy within the groups of Benjamin Rowland and Kees Jalink. She was very excited about this project and it's possibilities.
