Biography
After studying medicine at Utrecht University and completing her PhD at the Radboud University Nijmegen, she came to work at the NKI in August 2012. Here she coordinate a national project which aims to improve the care for long-term survivors of Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma, by establishing survivorship clinics aimed at the late effects of the lymphoma treatment. Among other things, together with her colleagues she develop screening guidelines for lymphoma survivors, implement these in the 20 participating hospitals, collaborate with patient representatives and doctors.
