Biography
After receiving his Master's degree in Computer Science he worked as a consultant for nearly two years. To get more involved in the field of biology, he went back to university, where he did a Master's in Bioinformatics.
Research Interest
He worked on the CTMM TRACER project for five years. he designed complex eCRFs, created studies in OpenClinica and did ETL work to convert and upload clinical data. Furthermore, he developed tools to aid this process and assisted the IDP group by creating analysis scripts. After TRACER, he worked at a commercial company, where I did cBioPortal development and data uploads.
