Biography
He obtained his BSc and MSc degrees in Life Science and Technology in Leiden and Delft before starting my PhD in the Te Riele group in 2011.
Research Interest
His project aims to improve counseling of Lynch syndrome patients by assessing the impact of mismatch repair gene mutations in the context of the human non-diseased or patient genome. He was using human iPS cells where mutations are introduced through oligonucleotide-directed gene modification or oligonucleotide-templated site-specific-nuclease-induced DSB repair.
