Biography
She work in the group of John Haanen. In the Immunomonitoring group she collect and process blood samples from patients that are treated in clinical immune or gene therapy trials. She take care of the lymphocyte isolation from the blood samples and she perform functional assays like proliferation assays, Elispot. She also work on in situ analysis of tissues , both in immunohistochemistry and in multicolor Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy.
