Biography
After obtaining his degree in Applied Linguistics from Groningen University, Mr Kingma conducted research at the Fryske Akademy in 2013 into the learning effects of Multilingual Secondary Education. He developed a Frisian reading test in conjunction with the Groningen-based testing company Diataal, led by Dr Hilde Hacquebord. He has been a junior researcher in the Department since 2014. From 2014 to 2016, he developed various Frisian reading tests for upper-primary and lower-secondary pupils, as part of the Evaluation System project for the Frisian language.
