Biography
Ms Sikkel earned a degree in Psychology from Tilburg University and runs her own career guidance firm, Spring Loopbaanbegeleiding. In addition, she also works as an operational manager for an employee consultancy firm. In these various roles, she is involved in developing and conducting assessments and psycho-diagnostic programmes; career management consultancy, management coaching, project management; development of management programmes and expertise training for career counsellors. Ms Sikkel previously taught Career Psychology in the Human Resource Management programme at Stenden University of Applied Sciences, where she developed courses for the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) and coordinated programmes in this field. She is currently a team leader for the Creative Therapy programme at Stenden University of Applied Sciences and is completing her PhD work analysing aspects of autonomy and comfort within the context of Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits Programme.
