Biography
A graduate of Stenden’s School of Hotel Management, Marjolein Bunicich developed an interest in recreation and tourism in Ameland, one of the Wadden Islands, where she was born and raised. After completing her studies, she worked in various management positions in the recreation sector. She has a passion for building things from the ground up and specialises in leadership, change, talent development, social innovation and sustainability. The main challenge is to translate these issues into useful practical applications.
Research Interest
Her main research interest is human resources within organisations.
