Biography

With over 12 years of experience in the global IT industry Ashit has had a dynamic management career with strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, team building and Account management skills.   As VP Operations, Ashit is responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation and support globally as an integral component of business plan, transform IT into strategic business partner, manage and deliver multiple large scale projects.   He has been highly successful in developing, motivating and retaining diverse staff and structuring them in teams that deliver results. Ashit has strong expertise in implementing end-to-end complex technology projects in Automotive, Banking, Hospitality and Retail verticals.   Client relationship is an area of utmost importance to Ashit. He builds excellent relationship with clients and partners as well as secures the performance of global deliveries. Ashit strongly believes that clients are not restricted to a span of timeframe but are for life.
