Biography
Evan R. Deutsch, M.D.,: Deutsch, an attending board-certified vascular surgeon at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, received his degree from New York University School of Medicine. In addition to general surgery training from Saint Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center and vascular surgery training at Montefiore Medical Center, he has significant clinical expertise in treating patients with arterial disease. Through his surgical practice he has gained extensive clinical and research experience with artificial blood vessels, regularly seeing patients who require various types of these devices. He will be responsible for overseeing the clinical trials for NuVascular’s artificial blood vessels and marketing the devices via presentations at annual vascular surgery meetings directly to the vascular surgeon community.
