Biography

 . Mark A. Radtke, B.S.E.E., A.M.P.: Radtke is the executive vice president shared services and chief strategy officer for Integrys Energy Group. He earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1983 and is a 2001 graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. Radtke initially joined Integrys Energy Group in 1983 as a software and hardware engineer for Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, a regulated natural gas and electric utility subsidiary. There, he developed and implemented energy management technology, earned a patent and published papers about advancements in the field. Currently, Radtke is responsible for leading strategic planning and corporate development, guiding the formation of
