Biography
Jan Gossen is a molecular biologist by training and has obtained his PhD at Leiden University in 1993. He subsequently moved to Ingeny BV where he was the Head of the Transgenic animal department and successful in commercializing a transgenic mouse model he developed during his PhD training (Mutatmmouse). In 1992 he moved to Harvard Medical School (Beth Israel Hospital) as a research Instructor in aging research.
