Biography
Mark Westgate, CPA joined PCT in 2011 as Vice President, Finance and in 2017 was named Chief Financial Officer. Mark is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all accounting and finance functions at PCT, playing a key role in managing the company's continued growth and in reporting our results to the public markets as part of Neostem. He participates in businessdevelopment, client and investor relationship activities. Mark was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Apricus Biosciences, Inc., a publicly traded pharmaceutical research and development company. Prior to this, he was the Controller at Lavipharm Laboratories, Inc., also a pharmaceutical research and development company specializing in drug delivery and particle design. Mark has over twenty years of public accounting and financial management experience. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a B.B.A. degree in public accounting from Pace University.
