Biography
After graduating for her Master’s degree in Biotechnology at Wageningen University, Sanne continued her career at Sanquin Blood Supply in Amsterdam. During this period, she studied the genetics and expression regulation of the KIR gene family. The ligands for these immune receptors are HLA molecules, which made her familiar with this complex system before she joined GenDx in September of 2014. Here, her practical genetic expertise and constructive thinking helps her in ensuring that GenDx products are of the high quality that all customers have come to expect.
