Biography
Mrs. De Groot is responsible for developing and executing internal strategic development within the Company to drive performance and identify and implement best business practices, including continuous education and alignment of the organization to be prepared to deliver on new challenges. She has extensive and hands-on experience leading the Human Resources, Internal Communications, Information Technologies and Support Services groups and plays a key role in aligning talent to business strategy, cultivating an environment of high employee engagement and in developing the organizational design. Mrs. De Groot has over 10 years of experience crossing the full spectrum of the HR discipline including leadership and talent development, talent acquisition, corporate culture development, organization design and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, compensation and benefits, payroll and performance management. She held various Human Resources and Talent Acquisition positions at Randstad, Janssen Pharmaceuticals (the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson and Johnson) and Pharming. She holds a Bachelor in Social Work and a Bachelor in Human Resources Management from Hogeschool Leiden.
