Biography
Mrs. De Groot is responsible for developing and executing internal strategic development within the Company to drive performance and identify and implement best business practices, including continuous education and alignment of the organization to be prepared to deliver on new challenges. She has extensive and hands-on experience leading the Human Resources, Internal Communications, Information Technologies and Support Services groups and plays a key role in aligning talent to business strategy, cultivating an environment of high employee engagement and in developing the organizational design.
