Per April 1sHe comes as a highly experienced and versatile team leader in senior management positions. Dr. Thouin has been responsible for global teams of 200 experts, primarily in USA, Canada, Europe, Japan and China. Main tasks were a.o. to give strategic direction to the team, advise on contracting preclinical safety studies, support preparing reports, peer-reviewing dossier submissions and interact with the competent authorities. Dr. Thouin has dealt with challenging jurisdictions such as FDA, EPA, EFSA, ECHA and with national competent authorities in Europe, Korea, China and Japan covering typical use applications such as pharmaceutical ingredients/packaging, consumer care products, plastics, food contact materials, medical devices and biocidal products.t 2016, Marc Thouin (PhD) has joined QPS Ltd as President & General Manager for QPS Netherlands.
