Biography
Norihiko Minato is president, Japan, responsible for QuintilesIMS operations in that country. Joining IMS Health in 2009 as Japan’s chief operating officer, Minato-san served as president, Japan from 2010 to 2015 and subsequently led operations in Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand for a year and a half.
