Antoinette Ermers has been working as Product Specialist Dermatology at Novartis from Feb 2014 – Present. Achieve sales targets and market share growth for Xolair CSU at the relevant Decision Making Units (DMU) in hospitals. Develop and implement DMU plans, set up and implement medical, marketing and sales activities/projects to increase market share and customer satisfaction; Building relationships with all relevant DMU members, such as dermatologists, Key Opinion Leaders and all relevant persons within the DMUs with the goal of creating a win-win.
