Biography
Mr. Takashi Hayashi, B.Econ, has been Deputy Director of Group Finance at Kirin Holdings Company, Limited since 2013. Mr. Hayashi has been Executive Vice President at San Miguel Brewery, Inc. since March 30, 2016. He served as an Executive Financial Advisor at San Miguel Brewery, Inc. from 2014 to March 30, 2016. He served as Deputy General Manager of Finance and Accounting Department of Kirin Group Office Company, Limited from 2011 to 2013. He served as General Manager of Finance and Accounting Group, Corporate Planning Department from 2009 to 2011 and Manager of Planning Group, Finance and Accounting Department from 2007 to 2009 of Kirin Beverage Company, Limited. Mr. Hayashi served as Manager of Accounting Group, Finance and Accounting Department at Kirin Beverage Corporation from 2005 to 2007 and Administration Manager of Kirin Europe GmbH from 2001 to 2005. He is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan. He has been a Non-Executive Director of San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd., since April 25, 2014. He has been an Executive Director of San Miguel Brewery, Inc. since May 27, 2014. Mr. Hayashi graduated from Keio University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics in 1989.
