Roberto Nulud Huang

Biography

  Mr. Roberto Nulud Huang, M.B.A., B.S.M.E., has been the President for San Miguel Brewery, Inc. since April 30, 2009. Mr. Huang served as the President of San Miguel Beverages Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Corp. He serves as Chairman and President of Iconic Beverages, Inc., Brewery Properties Inc., and Brewery Landholdings, Inc. He served as a General Manager of San Miguel Brewery, Inc. since October 8, 2007 to 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of San Miguel Corporation. He served as President of Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Corp. since December 31, 2003 and Philippine Beverage Partners, Inc. from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Huang served as President of Cosmos Bottling Corporation from January 23, 2004 to February 22, 2007. His previous work experience in San Miguel Corp. includes the following: Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales from June 27, 2002 to November 23, 2003 and Vice President and Director of Corporate Sales for the Food, Beverage, Corporate Key Accounts and Corporate Export Sales from November 1, 2001 to June 26, 2002 and Vice President of Sales and Marketing Manager of San Miguel Beer Division from September 17, 1999 to December 31, 2001. Prior to joining San Miguel Corporation in 1999, he served as the President of TRICIRCLE International, Inc., Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Purchasing at PICOP Resources, Inc. He served as General Manager of Nesium Wheels Mfg., Inc., Mercedes Commercial Printing, Inc., Philippines Technologies, Inc. and Monza Wheels Manufacturing, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate sales and business management. Mr. Huang has been a Non-Executive Director at San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd. since November 8, 2012 and previously served as its Non-Executive Director from February 24, 2006 to March 6, 2007. He has been an Executive Director of San Miguel Brewery, Inc. since October 8, 2007. He served as a Director of San Miguel Pure Foods Company, Inc. since April 26, 2004 until 2008. He served as a Director and Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. since April 22, 2004 until 2008. He served as a Director of Cosmos Bottling Corporation from January 23, 2004 to February 22, 2007. He was the Dean of College of Engineering, Technological University of the Philippines. Mr. Huang graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Science (Mechanical Engineering), and pursued and completed academic requirements for a master’s degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University. He also attended the Nagoya International Training Center, Japan International Cooperation Agency Grant for Metal Works Engineering and Numerical Control Machines course.
