Atty. Rosabel Socorro T. Balan has been General Counsel and Vice President of San Miguel Brewery, Inc. since January 1, 2010. Atty. She served as an Assistant Corporate Secretary of San Miguel Brewery, Inc. since May 9, 2006. She serves as Compliance Officer of AIBC. She served as an Assistant Corporate Secretary of San Miguel Properties Inc. since May 18, 2005 and served as Assistant Corporate Secretary of San Miguel Pure Foods Co. Inc.
