Biography
Dr. Behrooz Kalantari received his Ph.D. in1990 from Southern Illinois University at Crabondale, Illinois in political science with concentration in public administration. His Master's degree as well as his B.A. both have been in Public Management as well. He has taught a variety of courses mostly in the master of public administration programs at several universities before joining the MPA program at SSU.
