40 years experience as an executive and/or administrator within goverment agencies, non profit organizations and institutions of higher education. With a focused upon Public Education policy and school reform, conducted applied research and development initiatives designed to improve student outcomes. Hold a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and MPA from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
