Biography
I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 2005. I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2006, and earned my doctorate in education at the University of Memphis in 2014. I have worked as a behavior analyst consultant in a variety of settings including home-based, supported living, community-based intermediate care facilities (ICF) and institution based ICF’s. I also have experience working with individuals with behavior disorders ages 7-69, with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, mental illnesses, and dual diagnoses. In Tennessee, I operated a consulting practice working with individuals with behavior disorders. I have had the opportunity to conduct research with humans and non-humans in applied and basic research settings. I began teaching behavior analysis as a graduate assistant at the University of Memphis. In 2014, I began teaching at Savannah State University in the Behavior Analysis department.
