Biography
Sametria R. McFall is a native of Savannah, GA who earned her MPA from Savannah State University and her MA and Ph.D. from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Dr. McFall currently serves as Assistant Professor and Assistant to the Dean in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at Savannah State University. She is very active in the Savannah community and sits on a number of boards aimed at improving the quality of life for Savannah residents.
Research Interest
My research interests include: social loafing, task performance, performance motivation and stereotype threat.
